Negative: The breakfast was from 8 The serving staff tipped up with coat on at 8, which meant he wasnt prepared, the kitchen fortunately had been in earlier as the hot buffet was ready to put out!!!!

Positive: It was an acceptable, but not exceptional room. Did the job.

Negative: Carpet a little stained, blind let a lot of light in, no plugs near bed. Just a bit tired.

Positive: The staff were all helpful and friendly. The food was incredible. The bed was comfortable.

Negative: The first room we were put in was called "deluxe" and as such we paid more to have a deluxe room. Upon arrival, the room was not like the photos, the room and bathroom were both very small, and as such, we requested a move. We were moved to a family room which was much larger, but would have actually cost less so we weren't happy that we weren't even offered a refund for the difference.
