Positive: Great communication from booking to departure. Flexible. Friendly and informative. Beautifully presented and cosy cottage with everything required. Lovely comfortable bed with nice soft bed linen we slept so well. We used the spa over our stay and loved it. Such a nice treat.

Negative: Nothing we didn’t like but only small negative is showers are rather small however when staying in a traditional property you have to expect these things. It was warm with lovely shower gel provided.

Summary: Perfect in every way. We will be back soon

Positive: Lovely, well equipped, cottage in a very quiet village location, in beautiful surroundings. Great spot for touring the Borders area. Lovely comphy bed with quality bedding. Hot tub and sauna were fab. One pub in the village, which did food, a few minutes walk from cottage.

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like.

Positive: What a fantastic cottage. Exceptionally clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need. The hot tub and sauna are extra but exceptional value for money. The best cottage we have ever stayed in. Greenlaw is a lovely village ideally located. The owners are on site and very helpful.
