Negative: The only thing that I didn't like was the curtain on the bedroom. It is not dark, and the light outside is on all night we are not able to turn off.

Positive: This was our second year at The Summit. Very family oriented, safe and organized. Last year they only had 2 out of the 4 elevators working. This year they had all and had maintenance there ASAP when there were issues. Definitely recommend! We were able to get early check in as well and they were very quick with response!

Negative: They wouldn't allow our kids to play with playing pool balls in the pool.

Positive: We loved the location. It was close to everything we needed.

Negative: The photos were not an accurate representation of the property. It was very cramped. The bunk beds were in the hall and the kids felt they were unsafe because they were really close together. Also the dryer didn’t work. We only discovered that after washing a load of laundry. It was okay for a weekend stay but I definitely wouldn’t recommend for a week. Also, you have to wear arm bands the entire time you’re on property, even when leaving and coming back. It was a little weird when trying to go to a formal event during the stay and having a beaming blue armband on with your formal gown.

Summary: Not my favorite, but not the worst

Positive: Location, view. Everything I needed to cook with in the room.

Negative: Staff was not very friendly. Wait time for elevator was long. Had some black mold around air vents in the room which caused my asthma to act up all week. Bed was hard like sleeping on a sheet of plywood.
