Positive: I liked the location, just walk outside the gate and you will find shops, restaurants and such close by. The owner Thanya was really sweet and friendly. If we needed anything she helped. The bed is a little bit hard but it was okey, the room was great. Outside around the corner we had our kitchen with a refrigerator, cutlery, microwave and a table for 2. The bathroom had complementary shower gel, schampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, shower cap and cutton buds. Very clean. During our 1,5 week stay they changed the sheets and towels once. Really good! We stared of by sleeping with just a duvet cover, but even if it was warm, we didn’t feel comfortable so we asked if we could get a duvet and after that we slept better. I really recommend this place if you want to have everything close.

Negative: The roof of the house is made of steel, or something, so in the morning when the temperature went up, the roof started to make a clicky noise. It stopped around 12 when the temperature was stable. I got used to it after a couple of days, but me as an light sleeper, that woke me up early in the morning.

Negative: It was a bit difficult to find the property, as no information was provided before arrival. I had to rely on photos and ask locals for help. This could be improved by sending clear instructions in advance on how to access the place and collect the keys. For longer stays, it may feel less comfortable, as the room is quite small and lacks storage space for belongings and clothes.
