Summary: One of the best rooms I've ever stayed in, and I travel a lot! It was a luxurious experience and all the small details were beautifully done, like tea before bed, and the bathtub shelf for my book. The swimming pool was also great as was the sauna. I think the only thing I'd say is that the restaurants stop serving around 9, which was tough as I got in late, but the room service was delicious. Overall, an amazing stay and the staff were so nice. It was my birthday and I didn't mention it, but I guess they say it on my passport and the entire staff wished me a happy birthday and gave me a piece of cake, I felt really celebrated. I'll definitely be back!

Summary: Must mention Sukothai's concierge. They are really very helpful from lending (end up giving )us plug adaptors to searching and helping us order essential items online. Most helpful and resourceful hotel concierge. We actually booked CoreStay apartments via another platform and the place was so disgusting we had to move out immediately. So lucky to be able to book Sukothai last minute and they even accomodated us with adjoining rooms. This is our second time staying here and will come back again next time.

Summary: I had a frustrating experience during my stay at the hotel. One night, I was waiting at the front desk for the staff to assist me. However, they were preoccupied with their tasks for over five minutes and didn't acknowledge my presence. It wasn't until another customer arrived that the staff finally attended to them, even though I had been waiting longer. Eventually, I had to approach the staff myself to request service, which felt quite frustrating. I understand that they might have been busy, but it seemed as if they simply didn't notice that I was waiting. Additionally, I was unhappy with how the hotel charged a deposit to my credit card on the day of my check-in without any prior notification. I was unaware that it was a deposit and initially thought my credit card had been stolen or hacked. I almost called the bank to block my card due to this unexpected charge. Both of these issues strike me as unprofessional. Even when I raised my concerns with the staff, their attitude suggested that they didn't take it seriously. This level of service does not warrant a good rating. On a positive note, the other aspects of my stay were satisfactory, but I did notice that the hallways were consistently hot, which was uncomfortable.
