Summary: To make a long story short the house is beautiful very stylish alot of character I loved everything about it it was very clean and spacious alot of fun things to do my family and I definitely enjoyed it and would definitely rent it again

Summary: Outstanding is the description. We arrived at the house and walked inside and everyone just went "Wow". The house is bigger than the photos show and is filled with just about any gadget you could want. The pool table was a big hit and the lounge area was so comfortable and spacious. The pool area was beautiful and there were so many areas to sit outside that we were spoilt for choice. The area was very quiet with supermarkets ten minutes away. Communication with the host was excellent and we can not be more positive about our stay. We really just wanted more time here.

Summary: House was great for what we needed. Pool vaccum wasn't working so the pool was a bit dirty and the pool table was missing a ball. But house had a ton of space and everything else we needed for our stay. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of room to spread out. Great location!

Summary: The home was spacious and comfortable. I also rented the home for the outdoor amenities, but there were things that didn't work. In the pics on VRBO it showed a grill, smoker, and firepits. There were no instructions to the smoker and letter the host said that it wasn't in use, but she didn't let anyone know. There was a "Welcome book" with some instructions, but nothing about the outdoor items I mentioned. The BBQ was full of ashes and very old & falling apart. The firepits wouldn't light and there was no instructions as I mentioned. There was a game room, but the joysticks had no batteries and one of them was broken. Also no instructions on how to use the console for the games. Other than these and some other issues, the house was nice and the pool table was enjoyable. Too bad the pool was freezing. The host was ok. The internet went down and she was helpful to getting it back on. Her demeanor wasn't welcoming and I didn't want to bother her with the other issues we were having with things not working.

Summary: We had a great relaxing weekend. The hot tub and pool were relaxing. All the amenities were excellent. We didn't need to leave the house / property all weekend and had a nice time.

Summary: I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a good time with family without a lot of hassle. The property manager was very nice responded to our needs immediately. The property looked just like it was advertised online even more surprises with little gems that they put inside to make the Home more comfortable and accommodating, the house was fully stocked with everything that you should have for getting together with family. I will definitely stay there again.

Summary: Staying at Placid Blue was great! My family and I stayed for the weekend and there was always something to do! Whether it was playing pool, Foosball, or being in the pool there was always the next activity to move to. The space made the house feel comfortable even when we had a few friends visit us, and the back yard was fantastic. Communication was quick from Tish and gave us the details we needed to know. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working on our stay but I was informed that this was being looked into. The house was also nice and clean on our arrival and acted as a great base for the time we spent in Sacramento. The location is quiet but with amenities nearby and good road connections Overall very highly recommended for anyone looking to share time together with friends/family
