Summary: Wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to an Executive room for free! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Had no problems with noise at all. We went and had a meal one night at the Orchid restaurant below, amazing tasty food. Would recommend to others to stay here.

Summary: Everything about the stay regards service by lovely friendly attentive staff, amazing food in the Orchid Restaurant on our evening meal, and great breakfasts with great porridge oats, pancakes, and the best poached eggs ever! Our only negative part of the review is down to the relatively plain room we were given which didn’t really reflect the images online for the room type we booked. However, we would stay again for the amazing service from all of the staff.
