Positive: Parking on site. Large studio, lots of room for our suitcases. Well equipped kitchen. Nice location on the coast. Pleasant host, he helped us with our luggage.

Negative: One heater did not work. The other (small radiator) had to be propped up in the corner and so it couldn't be moved to a more central place. The TV had to be angled on a narrow table and so was turned away from the couch, making it difficult to watch. The kitchen was crowded because of two large rubbish bins.

Positive: If you want to be in Houth, great location, excellent walks, and a nearby pub for food and drinks. If you want to be in Dublin, stay there and avoid the drive. A large space with kitchen and bathroom and washer dryer, off street parking, very comfortable.

Positive: Most of all LOCATION (near spectacular cliff views and walks into Howth) Facilities good. Landlord friendly and helpful. Pub and shop very close.

Negative: Faint odour of smoking; inside door handles difficult to turn. Initial impression of Studio was poor but this didn’t last.

Summary: Don’t judge this place on first impressions!

Positive: The location was excellent for the cliff walk, Tom was kind and understanding when I got there late due to problems with aircoach. He left us lots of treats in the kitchen: fruit, different coffees, teas, drinking chocolate, milk, biscuits...that was very thoughtful as we arrived late and tired in the evening.

Negative: One of the little beds was not very comfortable but we were grateful he made it for us as we were more comfortable than if we had only two. The weather was very hot and it was very nice to have each our own bed, thanks very much for that! it was really appreciated to have three beds!

Summary: I loved Howth's cliff walk being so near the studio with beautiful view of Dublin bay & Sugar Loaf.
