Positive: The Studio was large and well decorated with a full sized fridge and bench top oven and hot plate. The bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed and a second TV for late night Netflix. Food was left for our breakfast in the fridge. We will definitely stay in the Studio again when we travel North.

Positive: This property exceeded the expectations I had while booking. The Studio is quiet, comfortable and clean. The windows had been opened before our arrival so the place was nicely aired out. The hosts have created a lovely space here with little touches like fresh towels folded on the bed & milk in the fridge. Together with the heat pump, smart tv, and free wi-fi - The Studio is a real home away from home!

Negative: We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property or the hosts. Everything was great, and better than expected! We would love to stay here again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our weekend in Whangarei, and we loved our stay in The Studio!

Positive: I loved the location quiet, convenient, and just 5 minutes from the CBD. The yard is absolutely amazing, and the host? Incredible. We had some great chats that really added to the experience. The apartment itself is much bigger than you'd expect it honestly feels more like a house. When I first arrived, I had to double-check I was at the right place because I couldn’t believe how good it was. It felt like I was stepping into someone’s private home, in the best possible way. Don’t worry about any older reviews. Whatever issues were mentioned have clearly been sorted. The curtains are fixed, the lighting is excellent (with dimmers, which is a nice touch), and the bathroom is clean, modern, and newly done. The cleaning standard overall? Immaculate. Parking is easy with plenty of on-street space, and the off-street option is just great, no stress at all. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

Positive: Booked this for a friend who was visiting family in Whangarei.. Very spacious and well presented. Hosts have thought of everything. Very clean. Was home away from home. Great shower pressure!! Will be booking again. Sorry about the mix up over carpark spot. Hosts had specified where to park, however message wasn't noticed until next day.
