Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Bright living rooms and main bedroom due to the large windows. Comfortable beds and sofa. Great location. Useful parking space.

Negative: Some elements had great looking design but were poor to use.. such as en suite shower room sink. Would be helpful to have a folder with info on how to use ovens, what to do with rubbish etc.

Positive: It is a spacious house with two bathrooms which was useful for four adults. It was close to the Wilderness where we were going to a wedding.

Negative: It is modern with lots of gadgets that need some explanation. We felt there should be a welcome file giving things like the wifi connection and some tips about the house. Bathroom in double room has a very shallow sink with no plug to keep the water in. The pressure of the water is such that it can soak you as happened to me in middle of the night. The cooker was dirty with unwashed grill pan and mugs also not clean. We couldn't get in when we arrived as the instructions ewe were given were incorrect. We had been told that we had told to leave by 11am bur the cleaner turned up at 10am and was not as polite as he could have been.

Summary: It served our purpose but we wouldn't go there again.

Positive: Good location for getting to different parts of north and east Kent. Parking available though accessed via a narrow lane off an often busy main road. Property was spacious and comfortable.

Negative: Wifi dropped out twice inexplicably but had come back by the next day and otherwise fine.
