Positive: Friendly and helpful staff plus a nice size room. Additionally we had a lovely evening meal.

Negative: Personal taste ie we would have liked a selection of fruit with the breakfast choices. Breakfast was included in our package but if paid for separately it was (I believe) over £20pp

Positive: Set away from the town, great comfy beds.

Negative: The place feels tired, feels like it is aimed at Golfers and not guests. The rooms have terrible sound proofing as I lay awake listening to people vomit due to the bar that’s always open at 2AM. Coffee machine broke at breakfast, I don’t feel this was value for money.

Summary: It served a purpose, but I wouldn’t return or reccomend.

Positive: Beautiful location. Great looking golf course. Loads of parking. Lovely receptionist and waitress at evening meal. The male staff could learn from the ladies! Room was a lovely size. The bath plug needs a maintenance person to look at it. Very little gap for water to flow away. Breakfast was good. Value for money - perhaps not! I would recommend to anyone. A nice place to stay.

Negative: Plug in the bath not raising very high Dust on pull out draw underneath the whicker basket containing cups/kettle etc. Room had noise intrusion at times. Better sound proofing required? Or was it just noisy people?
