Summary: We used the Stonemasons as a base from which to visit Knepp. Our host was very kind and worked hard to make our stay pleasant. The menu was good and served quickly and efficiently. The ensuite had a great deal of character and though right on the road the thick walls dulled the traffic noise.

Summary: Overnight stay in a very comfortable room. The old beams created a lovely atmosphere. Had a very nice dinner. Very friendly and helpful,staff.

Summary: Historic and unique place. Tidy. Charming. Warning: Definitely not accessible for elders with disabilities due to staircase to rooms and unlevel floors within room. Difficult shower situation.

Summary: Suitably situated to Petworth House- easy walking distance to the venue and to town. The staff were all friendly and efficient and were welcoming. The food choice was limited but excellent quality.

Summary: Exactly as described - old with wonky walls, ceilings and floors - but the beds were really clean and comfy. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. Great for what we'd booked for.
