Positive: Super friendly and welcoming owners who couldn’t do enough to help. The location is perfect for day trips to Cradle Mountain. After a day of walking in rain and snow, the place was wonderfully cosy—exactly what we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the fire kept us toasty warm. Easily our favourite stay in Tasmania—we’ll definitely be back! We also went to the RSL for dinner which had the best parmis!

Negative: Nothing! Just sad we didn't book an extra night.

Positive: Lovely comfy bed, great location, modern bathroom with good shower, funky decor, good selection of books and games, loved sitting by the fire reading after a day out.

Negative: Previous review had said the fire was lit for them each day, so we arrived thinking this would be the case. It wasn't a problem as it didn't take us long to warm the place up though once we got the heater on and the fire going. We were kept stocked up with firewood and kindling.

Summary: Ideally located for exploring the area, so much to see and do we needed more time.
