Summary: I recommend this house. Close to the water even though it wasn't swimming weather, several folks rented wet suits and went in the water. Kitchen was well equipped. House was very clean. One problem with an oven was resolved as soon as it was reported. Several TVs so people could watch different shows. A nice room that accommodated the entire group when they gathered.

Summary: A small beach wedding of family and friends. The covered porch allowed us to still have the beach as apart of wedding as the temperature dropped. The house is beautiful and the property manager/owner was very responsive.

Summary: It was a wonderful place for a family vacation. We enjoyed the porch and the views immensely. The two washer and dryers and three refrigerators were a real plus for a large family. Gordon always answered promptly to any questions that we had. On the downside, we were surprised at the lack of an adequate supply of dishwashing detergent, soap, paper towels to begin the vacation. Otherwise we have no complaints. It was a great stay!

Summary: The house was just perfect. The rooms, the amenities, the cleanliness, towels and sheets, access to the beach, parking, and everything else were just perfect. My only advice to the homeowner would be to have hand soap available at all sinks. We had to buy 8 hand soap bottles, one for each sink. Also, have some extra toilet paper (more than the 2 provided per the bathroom) available somewhere in the house, in case of long stays. We stayed for three nights and needed to buy toilet paper.

Summary: Beautiful home with lots of charm. Loved the location and easy access to the beach. Ocean views were amazing! The only downside was that some of the mattresses needed to be updated.
