Summary: Excellent location as love Fitzroy, lots of cafes and restaurants at doorstep. Everything fresh and new, super comfy bed, cute robes. Love that they had 3 windows to open for fresh air. Excellent double glazing to shut out noise, although pop a window for fresh air, as seals building too tight Co2 reading was 1600 when I woke up. Staff were lovely too.

Summary: It’s a small boutique hotel designed for young demographic but we enjoyed staying here and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all (we are in our 40’s). Funky styled and friendly staff and à la carte breakfast was excellent. The roof top bar was nice too.
