Positive: It was spacious, renovated with modern bathrooms and kitchen, clean and well equipped kitchen. Fireplace with logs. Dog friendly place. Modern Central heating with thermostat for those wet days. Nice interior decoration.

Positive: The property, furniture and fittings were excellent. If anything the photos on the Booking.com site did not reflect the reality, i.e. it was better in real life. We met the owner on site after arrival and he asked if we were happy and if we needed anthing. He explained a few things to us that were not obvious. We asked for more logs for the stove on day 2 and he provided these. All in all we were very happy and would recomend this place for family or 2 or 3 couples. ( we had 5 people). The property has been rented for 3 years or so but everything looks brand new.
Negative: We did not find a coffee pot/filter machine or the like and would suggest that this is added to the fittings. But this is perhaps nit picking.
Summary: Great for families or up to 6 people, out in the country with great views. 15 Minutes from Pitlochry
