Positive: The property was very clean, comfy and cosy. It was lacking in nothing, very good equipped kitchen, very comfortable lounge and bedroom. Enclosed garden to front and rear with plenty of outside seating for when the weather is good and the view from the Kitchen window was beautiful.

Negative: There was nothing I did not like

Summary: Very enjoyable stay, would definitely go back again.

Positive: Everything! Sarah, you are an amazing host! As we arrived, you were there to greet us and made us feel so welcome. The little touches went above and beyond to anywhere we've been. Beautiful picturesque surroundings. Our view with the bifolding patio doors looking down to the pond 😍. The enclosed garden for our boys(dogs) 👌. 1 bedroom cottage really felt like home while we were there. Very spacious and well thought out. All I can say if your a couple wanting to relax and enjoy...this is a definite must.

Positive: Everything was great about this place, we stayed for 2 nights and didn't want to leave. From the moment we met the host (Sarah) who was so welcoming. Walked through the front door and was hit with a beautiful home from home stable and a personal card to us & gifts from the owners. The place was so comfy. I could go on and on. But I assure you we will be back again.

Positive: NYE/NYD short stay. Beautiful accommodation, and larger than it appears on the photo's too. Secure areas for pets. Everything we needed, warm, clean, cosy and extra touches from Sarah the lovely host. Gorgeous extensive gardens, immaculate and well cared for. Located in a lovely part of the Lincolnshire countryside, and not far from some lovely beaches for dog walks. Local walks nearby, which we didn't have time for, but will be back to try them out on the warmer months. Very relaxing couple of days, next time will be longer.
