Positive: Walks from the door. Lovely big lounge. Plenty of crockery, glasses, toilet rolls(!) etc, nice views, warm. Great for playing 'Sardines in the dark '!! Loved the big kitchen table we could all sit round comfortably (and if it hadn't been November, the outside table would have been brilliant too). The sponge cake waiting for us on our arrival was lovely. Good places to visit in the area.

Negative: Although the details said the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were in the eves, we hadn't anticipated quite how restrictive they would be. We were all adults though, it probably wouldn't have been a problem for children. It would have been good to have WiFi access throughout the building but, on the other hand, maybe not, as it kept everyone together in the lounge!

Summary: Brilliant property for a big family weekend away.
