Positive: Loved the setting with the ducks coming for tea! Charming new property , beautifully designed with lots of character kept intact, every home comfort considered , a warm welcome from Amanda and Richard and a thoughtful welcome pack that included all the basics and more (even catered for gluten free). There was charging for our EV and lots of parking. Great property for all year round use and access to the local area and 2 hour trip taking you into Wales and glorious beaches.
Negative: Absolutely nothing …cannot fault it.
Summary: Home from home , totally relaxing , hosts were lovely and it was a luxurious stay in a beautiful rural location.

Positive: Fabulous self-catering accommodation, a lovely hamper on arrival, great location lovely and peaceful but close to Ledbury which is a lovely place. The accommodation was all top quality fixtures and fittings, huge comfy bed and luxury bathroom, couldn't have asked for anymore. We hope to return in the future and would highly recommend.

Positive: Everything-beautifully finished & furnished. The bedroom & bathroom downstairs are exceptional & the upstairs kitchen/living room/dining area large & airy. Has everything you need including bifold doors leading to a large balcony with views over the pretty duck pond & fields beyond. Loved waking up to the noise of the ducks. The owners are lovely & friendly, left us an amazing hamper & let us get in earlier & stay later which was really appreciated. They also advised us of local events & offered us plums & apples from their trees. Very nice of them. The surroundings are gorgeous including Ledbury which is very close by

Positive: The property is a stunning conversion with every modern amenity ,plus more than you could ever wish for in a self catering establishment. The host met us on arrival and we saw her again when we left, this suited us as we could enjoy our break in privacy and peace. The welcome pack and all the extras (coffee , tea, sugar, dishwasher and washing machine pods +) were exceptional extras and most welcome suprise. The bathroom is pure luxury and the towels super soft. The bed is wonderful and the linen top quality as is everything in this stunning property. The whole property,and your stay , is well planned and luxurious. We can absolutely recommend this venue, you will not be disappointed. 10 out of 10.

Positive: A well equipped relaxing place to stay. The balcony was lovely to sit out on in the evenings. The host was lovely and the welcome food hamper was a really nice touch especially as the host had catered for dietary needs.
