Positive: Liked the location and the home from home vibe. Lots of lovely little things like fantastic shower, outdoor furniture air conditioning in bedroom, washing machine and drying facilities.

Negative: Noisey neighbours dog, wasnt keen on code system as had to dig my phone out everytime we entered to access the code, my memory is awful. Could have done with a bit of a dust but it was mainly positive I would stay again.

Negative: Not much privacy in the bedroom - the curtains are too small. Numerous small things needed attention - non functioning light globes, the iron didn't work properly, was very hard to un lock the door.

Positive: cosy, nice, but "old/vintage style" house with a new/very modern shower, breakfast was complementary available in the fridge

Negative: old/rusty BBQ We didn't get any check-in information, nor was somebody available at our check-in time, nor could we phone to somebody (the displayed number was an automatic answering machine), because the host couldn't communicate to our international mobile number (instead of sending us the door-code-information per email, what all other hotels via booking.com do...)

Summary: cosy, but "vintage" and nothing for international travellers without an australian phone number ...
