Summary: The overall experience is not so bad. Firstly, it is very strange that there is no doorman to open the cardoor for you as a five-star hotel. Secondly, the room is big, views are fabulous except the facilities in the room are outdated. The TV is not a smart Tv in a five-start hotel! Very small Tv with no Wifi, no projector, and the image is blurred! There is no bluetooth HI-FI in the room. Thirdly, no one told us at the check in that there is no tooth brush，toothpick, bottle opener ( they have beer in the mini bar but they don't provide bottle opener in the minibar) in the room and we have to call the front desk several times to get what we want. The services are great because we asked them to come several times but they always have good attitudes. We also booked the swimming pool and it was very pleasant experince because it is very clean and quiet.
