Summary: Hotel is very tired and grubby. Ate dinner at night and the pie was still frozen in the middle. Great location though and friendly staff

Summary: Spacious bedroom which was nicely designed. Good breakfast. Only complaint is that the shower is poor - 1mm difference between a burnt scalp and an ice bath. Also, FYI, shampoo provided but no conditioner.

Summary: Room was cosy (read small) but clean and comfortable, the person who did the floor tiles in the bathroom needs a telling off for putting the tiles directly on the floorboards, with at least 3 of them cracked and moving about.

Summary: Room was shabby but passable -very clean. It was very loud with a cacophony of noise from people & baggage (covered passageway with cobbles & people not realising that there were bedrooms right there). The main issue was that the shower was TERRIBLE! Lack of pressure and no temperature regulation. It was my first day on a job & I had to have a bath instead of a shower, to clean myself.
