Positive: The accommodation was exactly as described and provided us with everything we needed for a great stay. The extras (milk, coffee, biscuits, shampoo etc) were a welcome addition and not expected. There's a pretty patio space at the back of the property plus a seating area at the front too with plenty of parking space. We'll definitely return.

Positive: Very self contained and compact place ideal for our needs Well presented inside very clean bed very comfortable Plenty of towels Lovely outdoor setting Small fridge which was very unique Ideal for a couple The owners left excellent breakfast supplies for us which we were very grateful for

Negative: Whilst there was a hatstand rack with hangers on for clothes a small enclosed wardrobe would have been ideal There was plenty of drawer space otherwise

Positive: Both my wife and I absolutely loved The Snug in Cheltenham. The property was immaculate and had everything you could need, mind you a frying pan would have been good for our bacon for breakfast baps. Lovely touches of milk, eggs, porridge, pain au chocolate and a few chocolates was very kind. The location was great for Cheltenham Racecourse, only about a 15 minute drive, were we went for Cheltenham Festival Trials Day, which we both enjoyed. The local pub The Wheatsheaf was only a 3/4 minute walk down the road and served good beers and food. We then visited Jeremy Clarkson’s Pub The Farmers Dog on the Sunday which was amazing. All in all a great weekend break, need to come back again to see more of Cheltenham.

Negative: Only thing I can say, is a frying pan for cooking bacon or eggs would be useful. We used the grill for bacon and ensured it was well cleaned afterwards, but a frying pan would have been easier, just a helpful hint hopefully.

Positive: The snug is a wonderful place to stay. The snug maybe small, but everything you could possibly need is provided. The location is perfect and the property information provided is perfect. Providing milk, tea and coffee together with breakfast croissants and cereals is a very nice touch. We would certainly recommend and happily return.
