Positive: A very well appointed apartment in a great location for walking or the metro. Great area for restaurants and supplies etc. Very good clear instructions arrival and greeting with keys. All amenities in the apartment are top quality.

Positive: Location excellent. Typically small Parisien apartment. All the usual inclusions. Dishwasher, fridge, wash machine, (no dryer). Hair dryer. Artfully decorated. Pleasant stay. Good communication with host.

Negative: The stairs. 82 to be precise. We had been travelling for 8 weeks, and had 2x heavy suitcases. Owner Eric was unfortunately not in town to help with our luggage.Would have been appreciated.

Summary: Pleasant stay, mostly because of the location, which was excellent

Positive: Host Eric was fabulous! Upon arrival he walked us through the beautifully appointed apartment, then told us all about the facilities in the area, including providing us with a map with information that was invaluable, closest supermarkets, metro stations, tourist attractions etc.

Negative: Stairs! But in the end we managed to conquer them!

Positive: The lovely host Eric was welcoming and very helpful explaining everything in apartment and around the area. Very stylish apartment, small as is typical in Paris but everything needed cleverly included. close to 2 metro, lovely cafes, the Seine and very easy to walk to places of interest.
