Negative: This is my 2nd stay at this facility. On the last day, I lost one of the room keys. The hotel was stingy about it. I already lost and suffer from the lost as I have to wait for.my spouse to comeback to get inside and you still charge me. I know it's very minimum value but, you are a 5 star hotel. I rarely have to return the plastics door key at other 4+ star hotels. I get it that rule is a rule. However, not sure if I want to come back here

Positive: Massive Beautiful lush green garden , tranquil and very peaceful. Staff are so helpful and polite. Could not fault them. The room are spacious overlooking the green garden. Beautiful relaxing spa massage. Enjoy our 3 nights stayed.

Negative: Breakfast could have been a lot better. Poor variety and freshness. Lack of passion. Lot of flies inside the Breakfast restaurant and they don't do nothing to prevent the flies. The room wasn't particularly clean and no hand towels. We had to request one.

Negative: Nothing good exept the location, room facilities was old, pool was not clean, breakfast and dinner was so so and bored. Very expensive, same price with 4 stars hotel but the facilities was 2 stars hotel

Positive: Nice and comfy hotel. There are plenty activities that we could choose, such as basketball, tennis, cycling, and of-course swimming and it has jacuzzi which is great. They also have gym, also play room for the kids. Love the scenery here, the garden make it perfect for us just to stroll around the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic too, and the service was immaculate.
