The elevator is reserved only for guests of Residence 301 and services both the garage and the unit. The building's main entrance accesses 301 by stairs only.

Summary: We've stayed at this property many times and it never disappoints. Clean, quiet and within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. We also love using the built-in bluetooth sound system to listen to music, such a nice feature. The owner, Mike, is quick to reply to any questions, and he provided us with very clear check-in and parking directions before our arrival, which was very much appreciated.

Summary: We feel fortunate to have stayed in this upscale, modern luxury apartment with nice artwork, clean and simple furnishings, custom kitchen. It was situated in downtown Asheville for exploring on foot. Mike was very responsive in responding to a technical issue with the television. We would definitely stay here again.
