Other Policy The patio area outside our accommodations can be noisy during busy periods, this would be friday and saturday evenings, bank holiday weekends and holiday periods - particularly around christmas. we do however try to clear this area completely within an hour of closing (12am), please note that we are a busy and well supported pub in the town center of oundle. we have regular live music events, which can be checked via our social media pages. during busy periods our outdoor areas can get quite noisy as well. please make sure you take this into consideration when booking with us.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Negative: I realise that the hostelry is a public house and especially on a lovely warm evening one can expect revelry but the noise level was high into the night hours. My only reservation to the excellent review posted is disturbed rest. Nonetheless the entire experience was very good.

Positive: Fantastic team, they made the stay very special. We were a group of 15 for a get-together and the location and set-up, with private lounge for eating, was perfect. All our requests where accepted, and the new management is really friendly and efficient. Continental breakfast with selection of hams and cheese included -:)

Negative: Some rooms are exposed to the noise of the pub in the evening, this was not a problem for us. We had booked all the rooms for the weekend,

Summary: Great set-up for a 15 person get-together !! with hotel and dinner in same location.
