Positive: Loads of parking. We had 7 cars between us and all fitted in easily. Lovely clean new hot tub. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchens and lots of fridge and freezer space. One cottage has the best sitting room which accommodated all us 9 adults and another cottage had the big table for the 9 of us.

Negative: Didn’t realise it was 3 separate cottages so lots of running backwards and forwards between the cottages.

Summary: Very nice place for a reunion.

Positive: Very quiet location with a good size of lounge space and a large table. Tea, coffee and milk was provided, which was lovely. More than adequate crockery and a dishwasher was a lovely addition.

Negative: The backyard space was very mossy and slippery and the outside bins were quite mouldy. The bathrooms could have also been cleaner. Also there was makeup stains on some of the bedding.

Summary: Had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend.

Positive: Well equipped. Ample parking.thorough cleaning and change of water in hot tub. Outside dining area ample room to eat and socialise outside. Decor generally good but cottage for three needed attention in bathroom and small bedroom. Staff very helpful. Especially prior to arrival with suggestions for catering.

Negative: Outside space behind house needs tidying up. Paving slabs around hot tub were loose. Description on booking dot com did not make clear that it was three separate units. This did cause problems with sleeping arrangements. Couldn’t get itv in smart TVs . Clear instructions would help although still couldn’t get itv after receiving help from staff.

Summary: Had a very enjoyable family celebration.

Positive: 3 individual properties, well equipped, clean, new hot tub and welcoming host. Clean linen.

Negative: Damp smell on entering, bathrooms and kitchens, furniture were a bit tired looking.

Summary: Fabulous location, great space for a large group, we would come again. Host was friendly and helpful.
