Positive: I loved the hotel located in the middle of a forest. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The amazing wood burning fireplace in the lobby was great since it was pretty cold.

Negative: The pillows were terrible and the water system wasn't working so well. Also the bedding could be better quality.

Positive: Perfect location, right on the bike single track, in the middle of the forest. First class hotel without the big hotel/resort ambience. Feels very small and cost.

Negative: A small critique: the bathroom has a view to the forest, but as a result the bed not, only the seating area. The architect is to blame

Negative: Very disappointing level of service, in the lobby, at the pool, room maintenance etc. The staff makes you feel like they're doing you a favor... The bread and vegetables at the weekend breakfast buffet were not freshly made.

Positive: A beautiful hotel, large rooms, very quiet (high on the mountains and there were very few children), very friendly and helpful hotel manager - Nadav - who was accessible all day long. Very good breakfast. Nice swimming pool with sun-bathing beds surrounding it.

Negative: The pillows were very thick and hard. Need to add an option for thinner and softer pillows.
