Positive: The house is beautiful, room is spacious, bright and airy and it has a very nice feel. I stayed in the room at first floor with 2 beds for space . If few basic things are taken care of, this house will be a great place for stay.

Negative: The room needs maintenance big time. Basic things we missing like iron for clothes (Nidhi provided after a lot of request), electric kettle (had to call care taker every morning and evening for warm water which felt really bad), jet spray in the bathroom was leaking, bed sheet was bad and used (had to change 3 times upon check in to get a clean one), Water jug that was provided on request was leaking, no arrangement for tea or food. AC was making a lot of noise which the electrician said will take one week to fix, so I had to stay without AC for 3 nights out of 4

Summary: Beautiful, house, airy, bright and spacious room but, lacks basic amenities and needs maintenance

Positive: The property was ok. Proper toiletries were not provided tho. The main door was not getting locked because of the poor maintenance. It became a task for us to even get inside the house. The owner/ caretaker Nidhi was not at all helpful and rude. Even though on booking.com it is mentioned that the checkout can be done till 12 am (which was the main reason for us to book the property) they didn’t allow us to and asked to pay around 300 extra per hour. Not at all professional! The overall experience was not good.
