Relaxing, comfortable and spacious self contained one bedroom cottage with room to move in a quiet rural setting. Located a stones throw from the Upper Beaconsfield Village and a short drive to Emerald or Berwick and only 50 mins from the CBD.
Ideal for couples or small family having a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a pull out double sofa bed in lounge.
Full kitchen, large fridge, washing machine, BBQ facilities and outdoor private space.
45 acre hobby farm with horses and cows. Close to walking tracks through bushland areas as well. Plenty of Kangaroos, Wombats, Echidnas and Deer to see with an abundance of bird life including Kookaburras, Cockatoos, Parrots, Galahs, Finches and Wrens.
There is also a large sunroom with plenty of space for yoga with two mats provided.
All linen and towels provided.
Kitchen Essentials: Black and herbal teas. Instant Cappuccino and filter coffee. Oil and tomato sauce for BBQing. Milk, Sugar and cereal for breakfast is also provided. A Gourmet Breakfast box is available on request. All dietary preferences accommodated.
Outdoors there is seating on the deck and a table and chairs with umbrella in your private garden area with a BBQ.

Summary: Great little place really enjoyed my stay so very quiet hearing the birds in the background was great. The sunroom is a bonus lovely especially on a sunny day great spot to sit and wind down with a Cuppa. Very private and safe place to stay if you are on your own.

Summary: Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The place was charming, well equiped and roomy, down a quiet dirt road in the hills. Its big sunroom windows looked out on beautiful green fruit trees & hedges and this was a lovely place to have breakfast. We met the resident wombats and kangaroos in the area each night. However we were disappointed in the quality of the bed which was quite old and uncomfortable and a few other items needed replacing eg. the toilet seat. The bed head had also come loose from the wall. Given we paid $200 per night we feel we should be able to expect a very comfortable bed.

Summary: Perfect cottage to stay in for the time we were in the area. Loved the serenity, bird life, location and access to local cafes and pubs. Highly recommend for a country getaway.
