Summary: Given the low price, I was a little nervous about what we would find. The house is very old, and is a work in progress, but we loved that it felt like going to grandma’s house. The breakfast nook in the kitchen was such a cute space and the sun room and covered patio out back would be amazing in the summer. The appliances were nice and new and would be great for cooking for lots of people. We just needed a place to sleep, so I didn’t even look at the amenities. I was surprised to see a double oven. Our son was shocked that there wasn’t a TV. The beds were clean and comfortable and had various levels of firmness. The decor is eclectic and the furnishings are sparse. The kitchen and bathroom had lots of stuff in them, like someone lived there. If you are looking for a hotel feel this place isn’t for you. If you are looking for comfortable space that doesn’t break the bank you found a winner. We would definitely stay here again. The host was great and made sure we had everything we needed.
