Summary: Manager n family very attentive upon arrival. Twins really enjoyed having free time with the son. Excellent in being sure could feel welcome. Will be back so much more to see n do.

Summary: Communication with host was not good. No where in post does it say “expect a call” 45 min before check in. I reached out a day before. While driving she calls. I return call, twice. No response. Text twice no response, finally answered tells us to wait 10min, turned into 15min. It’s a space above garage. Window unit for AC. Turned on upon arrival it did not cool off the space. Hot day & night in Covington. Ants on bed. Overall thankful for a place to stay.

Summary: Our stay was amazing. 1st our Hostess was in contact by telephone before we arrived. Her hospitality was wonderful. The property has an amazing security set up and we felt safe. We were greeted with kindness. Upon entering our room, we felt like we were at home.The space was clean and spacious. More than enough room to move around and get comfortable. The bed slept sooooo well!! I loved the hot shower! It was perfect for our mom/daughter(15yo) weekend. Shopping at the outlet mall was a huge bonus for us and suggested by our Hostess. We were about 35 minutes from downtown Atlanta, 15-20 minutes from Covington (Vampire Diaries) 15 minutes olde town Conyers( Originals) and 1 hour from Jackson( Hawkins- Stanger Things). Our stay was amazing and when I am back in the area, I will be staying here again! Thanks for everything!!

Summary: I was passing through from staying in the mountains through Atlanta but didn’t want to stay in Atlanta with all the noise. The Ford ranch was perfect and had everything I needed and more. The host was very helpful and attentive to anything and everything. Would definitely stay again!
