Positive: Location best - just right opposite there's red CAT buses to the city centre, walking distance to yellow and green CAT bus stop as well. Kitchen, washing machine and dryer are one of the main reason we chose to stay in Sebel West Perth again. One of the gentleman receptionist was super friendly and helpful - forgot to ask his name, but wanted to say thank you :) great coffee recommendations, we love the coffee! Shower is nice as well. Very quiet room, even it's right beside the main road.

Negative: Housekeeping policies could be improved further. Bedsheet already fairly sticky but one of the female receptionist told us that the policy strictly allows changing of bedsheet only after 1 week stay :( Hope this can be improved, as well as more frequent toilet washing during our stay. Sometimes missing towel supplies but receptionists responded promptly. Pillows - too low and mattress - too soft >< easily to get some back aches and neck aches and couldn't really rest well.
