Summary: Booked this for my parents for a weekend birthday getaway! They had a great stay! Walkable to downtown Rockport. The bedroom had 180 views of the ocean, sunrise and sunset. Beautiful room and grounds! Quiet and walkable. Breakfast is not included but they do have coffee and outside tables to sit at!

Summary: The location and the accommodations were great. The reason we stay at a B&B is to interact with locals. We were not met when we checked in, that evening at all and little interaction at breakfast. It was disappointing.

Summary: Very peaceful setting with beautiful ocean view. Sitting by the Koi Pond on the property in the Adirondack chairs with the ocean view was an added bonus.

Summary: This place was excellent. The whole Inn was immaculate. We stayed in the Pebble Beach room. Nice view of water. Our king bed was so comfortable. Bathroom was sparkling clean. The breakfast was wonderful. The outdoor space has a lovely coy pond and soothing waterfall w view of ocean. Great shed covered porch. Excellent location short drive to town. Very peaceful property w open sky for star gazing. Would definitely recommed this Cozy Inn.
