Summary: Room was clean and well appointed. Front desk staff were excellent. I found the restaurant food quality average and the staff poorly trained and not able to either communicate well or provide good service. Housekeeping was good but again staff didnt seem to understand or follow up on basic needs. E.g. no face towels were provided. Laundry service was excellent and prompt. I liked the hotel and will stay there again. All these things are fixable by the management and I hope they can make them.

Summary: There were stains on the bedsheet, duvet, and pillow. We’ve triggered the make up room switch but nothing. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Room was not made up until we checked out. You can hear the guests / housekeepers outside the door chatting very loudly.
