Incomparable views await you in this spectacular home - we call it "the Schloss" because it does indeed feel like your very own castle high on a hill overlooking Tucson. Features to discover include a gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances (including built-in espresso machine), a private gym, a dedicated office, 3 king bedrooms with adjacent or adjoining baths, a family suite, an award-winning infinity pool & spa, total privacy with your own gated entry and views from every single window. The Schloss features 3 king bedrooms with ensuite or adjacent bathrooms and a 2 bedroom family suite connected with a Jack & Jill bath. There is also a dedicated office, a reading/game loft & a gym. Overall there is room for 16 guests (though there are 13 beds total including all the rollaways & trundles). The real life of the home though is the stunning new gourmet kitchen, dining room, great room & bar. The six-zone Sonos Sound system connects these interior and exterior spaces seamlessly for your entertainment delight. Organic soaps & shampoos, fluffy towels & robes, sleeping masks, etc -- we have made every effort to accommodate your every little need. It's time to treat yourself to the best vacation ever.

Total access is yours in this luxury retreat. Choosing your room should be the hardest part of your stay! The primary bedroom features a sitting area with gas fireplace, separate gym with elliptical & free weights, spacious bathroom & private patio access to the spa & pool. The Schloss' award winning infinity pool and spa overlook all of Tucson in spectacular fashion. We keep the spa heated to 101 and the pool to 80 (in Spring & Fall.) Should you be staying longer there is a dedicated two person office on the main floor perfect for long quiet work sessions or any Zoom meetings that may arise. The office also has a twin rollaway. Our family suite (we call it the "Quail Suite") has a queen bedroom with standard sized crib separated from a full/twin/twin room by a Jack & Jill Bath. This suite features stunning Mountain views to the north and a peaceful sunset patio. The "Sunset Suite" has access to the best patio area overlooking Tucson on the southwest corner of the property. With a king bed & ensuite bath this elegant room with vintage Regency touches might be everyone's favorite. Finally the "Roadrunner's Perch" is a crowning delight of the property. Sporting a king bed & 2 twin trundles, this room has a private patio with hammock overlooking the best mountain views. Two twin foldaways can additionally be placed in the reading/game loft overlooking the great room. The full bath for this area is fully separate & stocked with all our best provisions. Two port-a-cribs are available in addition to the standard crib.

The top of Swan features some of Tucson's most private, luxurious homes, yet is just a 15 minute drive to the heart of town. Grocery stores, shopping & restaurants are all within a 5 minute drive. We recommend renting a car or bringing your own! There is even a dedicated solar plug in station in the garage should your vehicle be electric!

Summary: Our big family xmas at the Schloss estate was incredible! The house and views were stunning and the care communication from the host was great throughout our whole stay. It was a packed house with 17 of us - 11 adults 6 grandkids ranging from 74 to not yet 1 yrs old. The space was comfortable and accommodating for our entire group. Jen was extremely helpful in the lead up and throughout our stay ensuring we had what we needed plus so much more! I would absolutely recommend this property for families or groups looking for a great space for quality time together.

Summary: Everything about this property was as advertised. Jen was wonderful in helping us navigate the process and property. We used the appliances, pool, hot tub, all showers etc.. and everything worked like it should. Very comfortable and inviting. We would stay here again and I highly recommend 'The Schloss'.

Summary: Jen the manager was very prompt and personable. She even asked if there was anything specific we wanted her to stock. The home truly is a castle. We especially loved the kitchen as 1 of the group is a trained chef. Hard to tell what was was better, the views or the meals. Absolutely a once in a lifetime destination!

Summary: The Schloss house is perfect in every detail. The home is lovely, and our family felt welcomed the minute we entered the front door. Fresh flowers, incredibly well stocked kitchen from food to dishes, and the thoughtfulness of Jen makes a visit to this Tucson gem unforgettable. The layout accommodated us extremely well giving each family space and privacy as needed. Our grandchildren loved the pool and the water toys. The location is ideal, the views are amazing day and night, and the wildlife was abundant. We hope to return to The Schloss house in the future.

Summary: The first impression you get of "The Schloss" is it's immense size perched atop the hill as you drive up the road. And then you enter the house itself, and you just keep on gasping at the grandeur! From the huge primary suite, to the expansive wrap-around deck, you and your family will have plenty of space to play, have privacy, and enjoy togetherness. The manager, Jen, is amazingly attentive. If we needed to know where a certain item was (or if it was even in the house), she would respond to texts right away. When my sister had some back pain issues, we texted Jen in the evening if there was a heating pad in the house, and she responded with a "no, but there will be one there in 30 minutes". Wonderful service! The house is perched on a hillside, and the views are incredible. We watched beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and the blinking lights of the city at night (sometimes from the hot tub, which was used often). One thing I would like to mention is that there are steps everywhere in this house, so navigating for our 78-year-old mother with bad knees was a little difficult, but she was a trooper, and is interested in coming back next year, so it wasn't a deal-breaker for her. Restaurants and a grocery store are minutes away, so it was easy to get food. Speaking of food, the kitchen was well-stocked and we enjoyed cooking meals there. We absolutely loved our time at the Schloss and highly recommend it.
