Summary: The airline lost my bag. The hotel told me repeatly that my bag was on its way. Lots of times I was informed it was just about to arrive. It finally arrived 45 hours after my check in. I don’t know if it was incompetence or what it was, but I’d expect a classic 5* hotel to either retreive my bag (i’d be happy even if it had cost me $300) or get someone else to get it for me. The staff in the execetive lounge was very friendly.

Summary: Lovely stay - beautiful old colonial hotel. Pool snacks samosas & chicken. Very central can walk to KICC and Masai Market. Maxwell & Emily spoilt us in our club with drinks & snack. Highly recommended.
