Positive: Absolutely wonderful stay – incredible value! Stayed one night at Sapphire Hotel while driving to Mangalore. Although it’s about 5 km off the highway, the value for money more than makes up for it. The hotel is brand new and beautifully maintained. Parking in the basement needs a careful driver, but everything else is pure delight. From the security guard to the reception team and room-service staff – everyone was exceptionally polite and helpful. The room was fantastic: spacious, modern, with excellent fittings, a tea/coffee maker, crisp white sheets and lovely towels. The bathroom had great water pressure. Room-service food arrived quickly, tasted delicious and came in generous portions. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Book it – you’ll love it!
Negative: There were no hand towels. Also the bathroom could do with a shower curtain or glass partition.

Positive: Had a wonderful 3-night stay at The Sapphire Hotel from 10-13 July. The staff were very welcoming, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location in Belgaum was convenient. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend it!Great hospitality, clean rooms, and a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again. Got complimentary breakfast and the best part, got an upgrade for our room.
