Summary: The villa was fantastic very clean, staff very polite and friendly. When we had an issue they did attend to it right away. However, there was some maintenance required to help to present better. The roof leaked when it rained and the ceiling had water damage. The breakfast we found funny as the bread was toasted was was cold even when we ate in restaurant.

Summary: My Suite was wonderful - very big, clean and with a nice private swimming pool. Employees are very nice. The food at the hotel restaurant is very tasty.

Summary: Spacious suites, great service, pool, amenities. TCondition is a bit tired in some places and could do with an upgrade (bathroom, kitchen). Flooring in living room and kitchen can get quite wet when plants are watered which can be treacherous. Airport pick up and drop off arranged with the hotel was easy, and they also have a taxi service for trips in and around Bali.

Summary: I was extremely impressed with the property. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely stay there again when I return. The property is well taken care of, very clean, nice amenities, spacious, and the location was great as well.

Summary: Great Location, Staff were Polite and always had a smile. Vila is excellent and the stay was comfortable. The Only thing i didn't enjoy was the breakfast. Breakfast was served to the Vila and was always cold. We tried the breakfast in their restaurant and had the same issue.

Summary: Our stay here was amazing! The staff are very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is brought to your villa each morning which made us feel very spoilt. We really enjoyed the pool and indoor/outdoor bathroom.
