Positive: The apartment was great! Everything was new, stylish and clean, even better than in the pictures. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places nearby. The area is a little bit busy, but has a nice atmosphere, and a short walk to the beach. Communication with the host was smooth. There is also a cute roof terrace in the building. Can recommend this place!

Positive: It was a great pleasure to stay here for more than a month. The host is awesome and very helpful - you can connect anytime about any question or problem you have. The room is very beautiful and has everything you need — a small kitchen, a stove, a kettle, and even dishes, so there's no need to buy anything. You can use the washing machine and dryer for free (washing powder is also provided). You can arrange weekly cleaning with the owner. When the water was scheduled to be turned off due to street-wide repair work, the owner informed all the guests in advance, which was very thoughtful and nice. The location is terrific — just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The street is also very cozy. We would be happy to come back again.

Negative: The room door blocks light from the common area poorly, so if you have great light sensitivity during the night take a consideration. It is not so bright tho

Positive: Nice property, well located. Comfortable.

Negative: A lot of back and forth with the property over documentation plus the exact location of the property i was to stay at (they have three properties but only one is on the site) but once this got sorted, all went smoothly.
