Positive: We were captivated by the house as soon as we walked in! The interior of the 60s with lots of cute things, toys, vinyl records and a record player combined with modern innovations. Each of the four beds is equipped with a heated blanket! The child was happy to find his favorite cereal, marshmallows and cookies in the kitchen! In the backyard you can enjoy the view of the ocean and the sea air! There is a cozy cafe within walking distance)

Positive: We had a magical stay at the Sandy Sister. It was perfect for our group and enjoyed a wonderful sunset on the balcony. The shops were close by and so close to the beaches. Recommendations for the cafes down the road were great and that outdoor bath was perfect!!! I highly recommend booking to stay here, I will definitely return!

Positive: The location and the serenity. It was a nice opportunity to get away from the traffic.

Negative: The stairs were a bit of an issue in the beginning but we got used to them. It was also good exercise for us.

Positive: A company of four, the purpose of our visit was to attend a memorial service in Dunalley. This gorgeous little beach shack with its spectacular view, sat conveniently in between Hobart & Dunalley. The general store at the top of the road provided us with the essentials & The Park & Beach Bums were in easy reach for coffee or breakfast. Welcoming, clean & cozy, the shack included everything needed for a home away from home. The extra little touches - linen bedding, plenty of towels, robes, soaps & creams, teas & coffee, milks, cereal & biscuits, were a special touch & greatly appreciated. The vintage theme & little curios created a vision of happy holidays past. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Negative: My only disappointment was that the blue master bedroom mattress was saggy & uncomfortable. We could not find an ironing board & the broom was broken.

Summary: Set in a picturesque location Sandy Sisters ticks all the boxes for a cozy & relaxing stay.
