Summary: There were too many rules about dining and snack bar open. It’s an all inclusive but water was not included in the room. We asked for a room to be cleaned-assumed bed sheets would be changed but instead pillows were turned over(makeup marks) sheets weren’t changed. Sewage smell in our room and even though we had a ‘sea view’ room unless you stand at the balcony you couldn’t see the sea of you sat down! Overall very disappointed and won’t be recommending again.

Summary: Overall we had a nice time in the hotel. However we were not able to use the sauna because someone broke the door and during our 4- day stay it has not been repaired. The spa closes very fast so in the evening you can't use it nor over the weekends. The gym was a big disappointment, half of the machines were not working and were super dirty. We liked the food - the chef is great and the entertainment at night was fun.
