Summary: Clean rooms with lots of amenities, ideal location for beach enthusiasts or hikers looking to spend a day at the Bruce trail. Excellent friendly staff and locals with amazing nearby food options and a grocery store to stock your in suite kitchen needs.

Summary: Internet was ok but when sitting on balcony needed to keep door open. Breakfast was a cold continental breakfast - could hwve been better. No restaurants on premise, no pool, very low water pressure in shower, and water smelly ( sulphur). Parking is very limited and tight. Location was great, over looking the beach. Area was a ghost town - end of season.

Summary: Beautiful room, very well appointed with everything you could want even laundry soap and dryer sheets. Our only complaint is that we booked this hotel under the idea that the resturant and bar would be avaliable. Im sure its closed seasonally. Just disappointed we could not sit and enjoy a drink.

Summary: The Sands is definitely the nicest place in town. The staff were extremely helpful, the room was big, clean and exceeded expectations. You can have coffee in the morning from your balcony and admire the water view, and in the evening head up to the rooftop for a drink and catch an incredible sunset. This is not to be missed!!! Thank you!!
