Summary: Had a fantastic time luckily in beautiful weather. Loved the golf course and the rooms are excellent. The young lady at reception was so friendly and helpful. And a bonus to the complex.

Summary: Wonderful experience. Relaxing, beautiful surroundings and grounds, greatly decorated rooms, very soothing coastal vibe. The staff at reception were absolutely delightful, very welcoming, helpful polite. The staff at the restaurant were also amazing, great service, well trained and with genuine smiles. We had dinner and breakfast, excellent quality produce, and fabulous pizzas! Pool/Gym staff as well as housekeepers were equally nice. It is a happy place for a customer when you can enjoy beautiful surroundings and everyone around makes you feel happy. Five stars to all and a special mention reception indeed 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This wasn’t our first stay, we live in Melbourne and enjoy weekends away in Torquay. Highly recommended and for those who play golf (I don’t) a dreamland! 🌞 Thank you 🌸

Summary: I found the nothing was too hard for the staff from reception, to restaurant to gym. The room was light and spacious. Facilities and classes were great.
