Summary: What a relaxing and beautiful property. It had all the comforts of a real home. The balcony and light breeze on a sunny day was delightful. Spacious and very well decorated, it was a real treat to stay here. Close to beach and only a few mins drive to shops. Beds were comfortable and all amenities were great and new(ish). We absolutely all loved the stay and would definitely return! Dogs loved the backyard too.

Summary: looks like the suburb is new and all neighborhood including one we stayed were newly built house. Very clean and cozy area and roads to Cathernine Hill Bay from Sydney was beautiful.

Summary: This house is lovely, everything you need and very spacious with lots of room for a large family. Area is very quiet and is a perfect 'beach' holiday, very relaxing.

Summary: Stay was good, there was not enough toilet paper for our stay which was bothersome. The hot water also ran out very quickly so for four of us to shower it was difficult and we had cold showers. Otherwise stay was comfortable and location is great. Love the balcony! Maybe some heaters on the balcony for the winter months :)

Summary: Beautiful, well appointed home which was easy to find. The new estate lacks personality which is found down in the old area of Catherine Hill Bay but beaches are close and the Catho Pub is walking distance.
