Summary: The room had everything that we needed and all of the staff were very friendly. Great breakfast and the menu for dinner was good.

Summary: The location and layout of the hotel was excellent. We only had a cooked breakfast here and that was excellent and cooked well.

Summary: Nice staff and great food. No shower in the room, no iron in the room. Located very close to a main road with single glazed windows. Very loud Seemed to be understaffed, a lot of waiting Very basic table and chairs in the restaurant area, but they do have a nice snug

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Salwey Arms! Staff are amazing, went above and beyond to meet our needs to ensure our short break went to plan, even offering to transport us into Ludlow as we were struggling to secure a taxi. Which in the end they managed to sort for us, both there and back enabling us to attend pre-booked live concert at Ludlow Castle. We were able to check-in earlier than planned, our room was cosy, spotlessly clean with everything we could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable with high quality bedding, which enabled a great nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious, cooked fresh to order and the menu provided a lovely range of options. A great place to stay!

Summary: The staff and owners were extremely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was excellent and the stay included an excellent breakfast with as much coffee (or if you prefer, tea) as needed.
