Positive: This hotel was truly exceptional for the price. The location was perfect. The airport bus stops almost right next to the hotel, and it’s just a short walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, so getting around the city was very easy. Housekeeping emptied the trash bins every day, which kept the room clean and comfortable. On the of that, whenever I needed anything, the 24/7 front desk was helpful, and I really appreciated their excellent service.

Negative: The bed was a little uncomfortable for me, but aside from that, everything was wonderful. And honestly, if you’re not particularly sensitive to beds, you probably won’t even notice it.

Summary: Excellent Location, Great Price, and Wonderful Service. Highly Recommended :-)

Positive: We could only stay one night so it was really important to me to have a view, we specifically paid for the harbour view and I have to say it didn’t not disappoint in the slightest!!! I also greatly appreciate the upgrade to a suite to ensure we got the harbour view since all rooms were in use. Noting it did offer a setting for 45 degrees water temp, but I’m not sure this would achieve the same benefits as fully boiling water would for my foreign digestion.

Negative: Minor thing, the hot water dispenser was strange, I would have preferred a kettle or additional jug where I could store boiled water to cool, for drinking later, in not drinking water straight from the Hong Kong taps.

Positive: Location, location, location!! So convenient to everywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff, and best price for the magnificent harbor view guest rooms. I was soooooooo thrilled to have gotten an upgrade to a corner suite with not just one, but three ocean view huge windows! Even I don't do anything but just lie in bed watching the sun rise and sun set above the Victoria Harbor skyline from those windows would have gotten my money worth, LOL.😊❤️👌

Negative: The breakfast buffet is really good: It has sizable variety of food, very fresh and good tasting, even though it is not a huge facility. But the small cafe decorations and utensils are cute. Perhaps, the hotel wants to improve the lobby restaurant's food menu and the decors to attract more both hotel and outside customers.

Summary: My stay in Salisbury YMCA was great!

Positive: In a great location and reasonably priced for Hong Kong.

Negative: The bed was very firm, and the pillows were really thin and not comfortable. My daughter had the fold out bed, and the mattress was very thin. Room cleaning every 3rd day. The mall cafe food was very average.

Positive: View and excellent response from housekeeping.Answered the phone promptly and always did what they said they would do. Even enquired if we wanted the room cleaned as we had left the do not disturb sign on all the morning. When we did see the girls they were always smiling and said good morning etc.

Negative: I needed to ring Australia and could not use my mobile. The Receprion staff sent me on numerous wild goose chases as they said the Hotel prices for phone calls were prohibitive. After getting nowhere trying to buy sims I finally decided to use the Hotel phone. First, they gave me the wrong code to ring out then the bathroom phone didn’t work.Then the living room phone didn’t work and at that stage I gave up. I had wanted to ring my bank so it was pretty stressful.This took me a whole morning !! The TV was also fairly limited for English speaking people. At least one streaming service would be a good idea.

Summary: As usual we would always stay with you. Good people, good location and fabulous view.
