Welcome to our charming townhome in Lake Stevens, Washington- an active community centered around the largest natural fed lake in the county. Recently updated for a fresh and modern feel, this townhome boats a fun sailboat theme. If you are visiting for a wedding or shopping in Snohomish, an event in Everett, or here to enjoy the lake, our townhome offers a retreat for guests. Lake Stevens is a city renowned for its safety – it was recently rated the 5th safest city in the state.
The interior of the townhome features nautical decor, evoking the spirit of sailing and living in a lake community. During the summer months, visit one of the five lakeside parks and enjoy a day of swimming and relaxing in the sun. Beach chairs, inflatable paddleboards, cooler, and beach toys are available from May-September. During the winter months, relax in the cozy living area with a 65in flatscreen adorned with sailboat-inspired furnishings, creating an inviting space to unwind. The bedrooms continue the theme, offering a comfortable and themed sanctuary for a restful night's sleep. The primary and secondary bedrooms have all new furniture in 2024 including a memory foam king mattress in the primary and a memory foam queen mattress in the secondary. The secondary guest closet is stocked with a pack in play, high chair, baby bath, and toys for little ones. For added comfort, the townhome is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay even during warm summer days. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the hallway closet and the living room couch converts to a queen bed for additional sleeping space.
