Positive: It was clean and well managed. The host Bertha was very friendly and accommodating, also cooked a great breakfast!

Negative: The no shoes policy was not clearly stated before we arrived at the facility and would have prevented us from booking the facility if we had known about it beforehand. While we understand the need for the policy, we were unprepared for it

Positive: The host Bertha was so welcoming. She prepared amazing food and made our arrival most welcoming. Our tendency when offered comforts is to say "oh thank you but we're fine," but Bertha encouraged us to accept her little offers, as simple as glasses of lemon water when our day ended and we were heading upstairs.

Positive: The facility was beautiful and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe.

Negative: The "No shoes" policy was a bit off-putting. It seems unnecessary and should have been disclosed BEFORE we arrived. The breakfasts were disappointing. I think the preparer was trying too hard to be elitist.

Positive: Our stay here exceeded our expectations! The room was clean and comfortable, and our host, Bertha, was very kind. She recommended nearby places for us to visit, such as a restaurant with a beautiful view of the lake. She served an excellent breakfast, too. Each morning, we enjoyed delicious dishes made with fresh fruits and vegetables. While we were there, we enjoyed Eggs Benedict, strata, watermelon, and more. Everyone at our table loved the presentation. She gave us a big hug when we left. We'd love to come back!
